Lovely apartment, centrally located and spotlessly clean. Positive: A beautifully presented and spotlessly clean apartment with comfy beds and crisp good quality bedding. Lovely to have some outside seating and free secure parking for one car on site. Straight forward arrival process and easy to contact the management team when needed. Would definitely stay again. Negative: Given all the extra touches, like coffee pods, dishwasher tablets etc. I was surprised that no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner were provided. Also bath sheets would be preferable to small bath towels. Issue with there being no hot water on the last morning which couldn’t be solved prior to the 10am check out

Comfortable, relaxing environment Positive: The apartment was beautifully clean, tidy, furnished with taste and was a home from home for our stay! Negative: I did think it was slightly over priced, but when I arrived I understood why.

Excellent comfortable modern property in excellent location Positive: Photos were realistic to the property. Liked the automatic lights in the bathrooms. Felt spacious for us. Very close to Harrogate convention centre and nearby restaurants and town. Negative: Being picky here, everything looked clean but the kitchen surface, tap in main bathroom and the cup mats needed a wipe.
