Perfect family stay Positive: Gorgeous apartment and stay - had an issue with water heating and owners responded to us really quick with easy fix tips! Daughter loved it, beds are comfy and bath was lovely after a day exploring Negative: No issues at all!

Relaxed and comfortable Positive: Everything was well thought out and spotless . Extra attention was paid to small things eg decaf coffee pod, tea bags , foil , sandwich bags . Negative: I liked everything

A beautiful and comfortable apartment in the heart of Harrogate. A home away from home! Positive: Gorgeous interiors, well stocked kitchen, great central location quiet and secure apartment complex. Easy to get onto Wi-Fi. Simple and attentive communication, directions and offers to extend checkout time etc.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Positive: The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus and the location was great, with just a short walk to the main shopping area. The staff were brilliant and kept us informed every step of the way. The option to pay £15 extra to check out an hour later was really welcome and meant that we could have a leisurely last morning. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. Negative: Nothing, it was all perfect.
