Positive: Brilliant place with everything you need, location was perfect. A short walk to the centre of Harrogate.

Negative: The only problem was the water temperature was to hot, tried to adjust temperature but was unable to.

Unbelievably well equipped. Very modern. Nice and quiet.
Massive improvement on some of the hotels we have stayed in in Harrogate over the years!
Negative: Almost nothing! Get rid of the large bedside chests of drawers (no need for more drawers, there are plenty already) and replace with a small shelf each side, which would give more room getting in & out of bed.
