Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Little Gem Positive: The property was centrally located, close to Waitrose and wine bars, eateries and the stray. Great location for ease of in and out onto major roads. The property had everything your home would have and the extra touches were great. Water in the fridge, Wash pods, washing machine & dish washer, floor mop, cleaning products, tea, coffee water .. so many little touches that you are grateful for. It’s cosy, super clean it’s definitely a home from home and decorated like someone’s really cared. Also and this is a biggie, it’s exactly like the pictures. We were allowed our dog and the great part is it’s paved outside, I was dreading grass/mud but there wasn’t any and she was able to run around by the garages and play. It’s very quiet area. Negative: There is a garage with a parking spot but it’s very very tight, I have a 4x4 and I struggled. There isn’t any parking outside or around the area and my husband drove to meet me so if you have multiple cars it’s harder and the parking is a walk away so if you have mobility issues you’ll struggle, we do have a blue badge but it can’t be used there or you’ll block people’s access. However. Upside, there is a book with ‘everything in it and great communication from Joe’ there is Tower Street car park (multi story) it is only £2.60 flat fee from 4pm to 10pm and it’s near the West Park which is lovely for breakfast. There is another car park outside but we didn’t use that I like to keep dry! Note. I went back to get the car and there was a traffic warden every day checking vehicles. Make sure you re ticket or get out by 10am or you will get a ticket.

Fantastic and would recommend again. Positive: Simple instructions Negative: The property could do with a little more heating. There are plenty radiators and towel rails/floor heating but have been set on timer so need to be overridden.

Warm and welcoming with attention to detail that exceeds expectation Positive: We had the perfect stay (despite the weather) Apartment was beautiful and homely, bonus of two bathrooms which was great for 4 females staying there. Host kept in touch which was reassuring. We had to put one of our cars in a nearby multi-storey which was West Park Multi-Storey which was fabulous value for money. Negative: Everything was perfect

excellent Harrogate town property Positive: location was excellent to access harrogate its shops and restaurants, great instructions via phone , property beautifully decorated with everything needed for short stay ,2 bathrooms and parking for a small car, opposite it is Waitrose for shopping needs.short distance from train station giving access to Leeds and York Negative: parking in undercroft allocated but the angle to enter and exit can be challenging with a bigger car. you need to be a confident driver to get in and out without a problem, however Joe who manages the property does give alternative parking areas.
